Add Manual Adjustment
The Add Manual Adjustment button allows the user to either add or subtract time from the accrued benefit time.
- Adjustment Amount - Select to either Add Time or Subtract Time and then enter the value of the adjustment.
- Benefit Pay Code - Displays the name of the pay code that is being adjusted.
- New Balance - Displays the balance as it will be after the adjustment is saved. Negative balances are allowed.
- Reason - Enter a description for why the adjustment was done. This text will display in the Notes column of the Accrual History window.
